Deck Solid Stain Refinishing

Solid color stains are notorious for failing prematurely, especially on the deck floors. The following steps are done in ADDITION to Two Brothers standard deck pressure washing and staining process.

Step 1)  Stripper application to all skyward facing surfaces.

Step 2)  Our signature Hydroscrub process helps clean and remove failing stain. *Note* Not all stain will be removed from steps 1 & 2.

Step 3) Power Sanding process will help remove any residual flaking and chipping.

Step 4) Tinted Primer application to ensure uniform coverage and adhesion of stain.

Silver- 30 month warranty, After initial procedure, floor and top railing are re-cleaned and treated within 30 months of original date of service

Gold- 5 year warranty, includes silver package plus an additional re-cleaning and treating of entire deck within 5 years of original date of service
